These Terms & Conditions apply to the 50-Hour Yin Yoga, Meditation & Yoga Nidra Training taking place in September 2026.
By ticking the agreement box at checkout and/or submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Training Dates & Times
The training will take place from:
Monday 21st September – Friday 25th September 2026
8:30am – 5:30pm daily
Students are expected to arrive on time and attend the full duration of each training day.
2. Training Structure
This training consists of:
- 40 hours of in-person learning;
- 10 hours of online learning and self-study;
- total training hours: 50 hours.
The training has been designed as an immersive experience. The online learning gives students a shared foundation before the in-person week, so the live training can focus on discussion, practice, observation, teaching, integration and supervised learning.
3. Pre-Course Learning
Students will receive access to online learning materials no later than 1st September 2026.
The 10 non-contact hours may include:
- pre-recorded learning materials;
- observation and/or attendance of Yin Yoga classes;
- a live online group call with the teacher trainer;
- written coursework;
- self-study.
Students are expected to complete the pre-course requirements before the first day of the immersion wherever possible.
By ticking the agreement box at checkout, students agree that access to digital course materials, pre-course learning and online content may be provided before the end of any applicable 14-day cancellation period. Students acknowledge that once access to these materials has begun, this may affect their cancellation rights.
4. Location
The training will be held at:

Full arrival information will be sent closer to the training start date.
5. Food & Refreshments
A healthy light vegetarian lunch will be provided on the first day of training.
Healthy snacks, tea and coffee will be provided throughout the week.
Students are responsible for arranging their own lunch on the remaining training days.
Please notify the organiser in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.
6. Investment & Payment
The standard investment for the training is £675.
An early-bird price of £625 is available for bookings made on or before 31st July 2026.
A deposit of £150 is required to secure your place.
If your deposit is paid on or before 31st July 2026, the early-bird price is reserved and the remaining balance will be £475.
If your deposit is paid after 31st July 2026, the standard price applies and the remaining balance will be £525.
The full balance must be paid no later than 31st August 2026, unless the organiser has agreed otherwise in writing.
Failure to complete payment by the agreed deadline may result in your place being released.
7. Payment Arrangements
Payment arrangements may be available by written agreement with the organiser.
Any payment arrangement must be agreed in writing before it applies.
All balances must still be paid by 31st August 2026, unless the organiser has agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Online Booking & Statutory Cancellation Rights
If you book online, by email, by phone or otherwise at a distance, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right.
To cancel under any applicable statutory cancellation right, email:
If access to digital course materials, pre-course learning or online content has already begun with your agreement, this may affect your cancellation rights.
This section does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Student Cancellation
Subject to any statutory cancellation rights, the £150 deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation is made more than 30 days before the training start date, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
If cancellation is made within 30 days of the training start date, payments become non-refundable unless the place can be filled from a waitlist.
Places may not be transferred to future trainings except under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the training provider.
10. Cancellation by the Training Provider
If the training provider needs to postpone or cancel the training due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered either:
- a full refund of monies paid; or
- transfer to a future training date.
The training provider cannot accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred.
11. Attendance, Participation & Suitability
Students are expected to attend all training days and participate fully in the practices, discussions and teaching sessions.
Students are responsible for informing the teacher trainer of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, accessibility needs or changes to their health before and during the training.
Participation in all practices is optional, and students are encouraged to work within their own physical and emotional capacity.
This training is educational in nature and does not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.
12. Certification
Upon successful completion, students will receive a:
50-Hour Yin Yoga, Meditation & Yoga Nidra Certificate of Completion
This training is registered with Yoga Alliance as a Continuing Education / CPD course and is offered by Janice Wright as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP®).
Eligible students may use the training hours as Yoga Alliance Continuing Education hours, in line with Yoga Alliance requirements.
This training may also be used as Continuing Professional Development where accepted by the student’s registering body, training provider or professional organisation.
Certification is dependent upon:
- full payment being received;
- a minimum of 90% attendance of all in-person training days;
- completion of the required pre-course learning and self-study elements;
- full participation in the training programme.
Certificates will normally be awarded on the final day of the immersion.
Where significant elements of the course remain incomplete, certification may be delayed until all requirements have been fulfilled.
13. Intellectual Property
All course content, manuals, recordings, handouts and training materials remain the intellectual property of Janice Wright t/a YogaWright.
Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, shared, taught as part of another training programme or used for commercial educational purposes without prior written permission.
14. Respectful Learning Environment
This training is intended to provide a supportive, inclusive and respectful learning environment.
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a way that supports the wellbeing, learning and safety of the group.
Any behaviour considered harmful, discriminatory, disruptive or inappropriate may result in removal from the training without refund.

16. Acceptance of Terms
By ticking the agreement box at checkout and/or submitting payment, students acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
